Does anyone have directions for sewing a spa towel?

This tutorial is from a machine embroidery site and they go into detail about embroidery, but the construction of the wrap includes the products needed – type of elastic, Velcro.
Just make the towel the size needed for the little one and be sure to use Velcro for sewing – the sticky back will make a big mess if you try to sew it.
This one has straps that go over the shoulder. If you do not want to do this, fold over the top and make a waist band run the elastic through this. Fit to the child and then sew across each end of the elastic.
